We went to Sacramento California the end of May for work/ family trip. The kids had a lot of fun, it was hot and a busy city, but we survived. We were able to go to Fairy Tale Land, the zoo, the train museum, and a couple other places, here are some of the pictures from it:
So, I have been very lacking in posts this summer, so I am going to try to recap everything, and put some pictures in to catch everyone up!
We have had a summer full of reunions (Thermopolis and Lander), camping (we went to Flaming Gorge for Morgan's birthday with Colton and Emily, and then we also camped up at Ferron Resevoir with some of Morgan's cousins, and then camping up at Thermopolis). I also got to go to girls camp for a couple of days, which was a lot of fun, we have great girls in our Young Women's!! Me and my mom and sisters met for a weekend down in Salt Lake for a girls weekend, which was a blast.
We also made some day trips to Scofield to the cabin and lake, and then some friends invited us to Huntington Lake one weekend to go out on the boat. Ashlyn knee boarded for the first time, and did great! We have been to Salt Lake and Vernal for meetings. We were also able to go up to a missionary from Sitka's wedding, which was fun! We went to Cove Fort Days and Richfield weekend to visit Morgan's brother Garon too.
So, as you can see we have had a fun, but busy summer. We have been putting new siding on the house all summer, whenever we are home, so that has added to the busy summer, but I think we are about done. The kids were able to do swimming lessons and baseball, and enjoyed that alot. Ashlyn just started piano lessons, which she loves! (Thank goodness) Anyways, this is sounding like a Christmas letter, so here are some pics from the summer:
